Ms. Neha Dubey's profile

Current Practice
Neha Dubey is an Australian-qualified lawyer specializing in international administrative law with a range of experience in acting at all levels of the review process of international organizations (both internally and externally), as well as negotiating settlements and alternative dispute resolution options.
Neha has acted for individuals who are current or former employees of a broad range of organisations, including IOM, IAEA, PAHO, OECD, OSCE, UNEP, UNRWA, UNICEF, WMO and the World Bank. Together with Ludovica, she is currently standing counsel to certain staff associations and is also listed on rosters at the ICC, FICSA and WIPO to provide free initial consultations.
Neha has experience in advising on the adjustment of salary packages, pension schemes, confidentiality provisions, and fundamental rights in employment contracts. She has particular experience advising on harassment complaints, employees subject to disciplinary procedures, employees who are at risk of or have been made redundant, and employees who may wish to report on unethical conduct or have become victim to retaliatory conduct by an organization.
Depending on the circumstances of the case, Neha advocates for informal dispute resolution procedures as a first step and encourages her clients to achieve the most timely and efficient solution possible.
